In September 2017, I have decided to not do insurance any longer. However, if you have a prescription from your physician, I will be happy to send a receipt to you so that you may claim it on your taxes.

HSA/FSA

If you have an HSA/FSA with your employer, I accept them as payment! Please note: 1) the price for the massage is at the regular rate (unless you receive a discount, then you will be charged your discounted rate) and 2) You may need a prescription from your physician in order for massage therapy to qualify as a medical expense.
