In May 2015, I was approved to take insurance! Please note that MOST insurance companies do NOT pay for insurance but there are a few. If you would like to know if yours is on the list, please feel free to contact me!
Most insurance companies have what they call a "health plan benefit package." What that means is that instead of paperwork and referrals, the insurance company contracts with MTs for a discounted rate. I have A LOT of insurance companies that offer this to their employees. If you would like to see if your insurance company offers this program, you can look it up on your provider's website or you can contact me and I can look it up for you. There is NO paperwork involved-- no referral, no prescription needed!! When you book your appointment, please let me know that you will be using your insurance health plan benefit package when you contact me to book your appointment. I will need to see your insurance card and the payment for this is cash only since it is at the discounted rate.
If you have an HSA/FSA with your employer, I accept them as payment! Please note: 1) the price for the massage is at the regular rate (unless you receive a discount, then you will be charged your discounted rate) and 2) You may need a prescription from your physician in order for massage therapy to qualify as a medical expense.
If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact me! I will be happy to help you out!!
